Oat Bread Recipe

Here's a recipe for delicious, healthy Oat Bread. 

Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Pour into a large bowl;

- 1 Large carton (450ml) of fat free natural yogurt (or alpro soya yogurt) 

- fill the empty yogurt carton with porridge oats twice 

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1 teaspoon (or more) of cinnamon 

- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Mix together, pour into a baking tray and place in the oven.
Remove from the oven after 15 mins and sprinkle some oats on top. 
Replace it back into the oven and bake for 35 mins. 
After 35 mins, remove it from the oven, leave it cool down for a few minutes and enjoy it warm.
